We offer support to adults, children, and families who are in need of mental health services. We offer individual and family therapy, as well as mental health consultation services.
We do not offer parenting evaluations, expert testimony in any capacity, or alcohol and drug evaluations.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a psychologist. A psychologist provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who is objective, neutral and nonjudgmental.
Family Therapy focuses on the dynamics of the family. By working as a group, a family attempts to develop more healthy communication and coping skills to change maladaptive patterns in their lives.
Sometimes a school, organization, or individual has a situation that they will want to discuss with a mental health professional without entering into a therapeutic relationship. In those cases, consultation can help direct future treatment or offer insight into a situation.
