Licensed Provider Position
Alliance Mental Health is looking to fill a full time position for a licensed mental health provider.
We are seeking a licensed mental health provider with the ability to offer ethical, effective treatment; can engage in supportive peer consultation; and can regularly and reliably serve their clients.
To be successful in this setting, a provider should be comfortable seeking support when needed, setting boundaries with clients, recognizing when a client’s level of need is too great for this setting, and have the ability to effectively and ethically complete documentation. The position is flexible in terms of hours and caseload, with a salary that scales based on the caseload and client mix you want to maintain. This is a W2 position with a regular salary, productivity incentives, CEU/licensing coverage, insurance benefits, up to four weeks paid leave, and extensive administrative support.

A hybrid in-office / remote schedule is an option for this position.
We set a target number of 15 visits per week for a minimum salary of $46,800 per year / $1800 bi-weekly with the expectation that most weeks that target will be easily exceeded. Most providers exceed 20 clients per week.

All hardware/software needed including but not limited to: tablet/computer & accessories, phone app/confidential voicemail, EMR system, VPN for remote work, Password manager, encrypted email system, and platform for telehealth.

A salary based on the caseload you maintain with incentives fro a heavier caseload if you choose it, but no pressure from the organization if that's not the balance you're looking for.

Alliance Mental Health is an established group practice in Barrington, NH. We are a small and supportive group of mental health providers with a wide array of experiences and specialties, united by a desire to help others. We see a mix of insurance and private pay clients of all ages, and provide individual, family, and couples counseling. Our therapists are well regarded in the field and in the community, and support each other through regular peer collaboration. We have an experienced office manager who handles our administrative tasks, freeing therapists to focus on helping clients.
Our full time office manager handles claims, billing, correspondence, records management, scheduling and communication with clients. We’ve created a working environment that supports our therapists, and helps to protect them from the most stressful parts of our work through administrative support, and a culture of supportive peer relationships and collaboration.
Our hope is to enable our therapists to focus on the work of helping others, leaving the details of billing and administration to administrative staff.
